Easy Mexican Pizza
Ingredients

Whole Wheat Tortilla
2 tablespoons
chunky salsa
3 tablespoons black beans, drained and rinsed
¼ cup shredded part-skim mozarella cheese
¼ red bell pepper, sliced
¼ green bell pepper, sliced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray both sides of the tortilla with a little olive oil. Bake for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until crisp and a little brown.
Top with salsa, cheese, beans, and pepper slices.
Return to the oven and cook until cheese is melted.
Slice and eat the entire thing by yourself. :)
