Relaxing Detox Bath
  • 2 cups epsom salt
  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 10 drops essential oil {optional - I love lavender, serenity, or ylang yang}
  1. Fill your bath with water as hot as you like it.
  2. Add the detox bath ingredients and agitate to dissolve.
  3. Soak for 20-40 minutes.
  4. Make sure to drink plenty of water during and right after the bath.
