Peanut Butter & Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 6 oz. container of Greek Yogurt (plain, honey, or vanilla is best)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of natural Peanut Butter, plain or crunchy
  • If you want to add a little more flavor: add honey, vanilla, or cinnamon.
Instructions
  1. Mix together and you have a fabulous, high protein snack!
  2. To make a lower calorie version of this delicious apple dip, you can use your favorite fat-free vanilla (or greek) yogurt and PB2. If you have never heard of PB2, it is a powdered peanut product made from real roasted peanuts, but the peanuts have been pressed to remove a lot of the oil and fat. The powder is simply reconstituted with water. It has a definite peanut butter flavor and can be used in place of peanut butter for sandwiches, blended into a smoothie, as a spread for crackers or celery... whatever you like! The savings on calories is substantial. Two tablespoons of regular peanut butter has 180 calories and 16 g fat. Two tablespoons of PB2powder contains just 45 calories and 1.5 g fat.
  3. To make the lower calorie apple dip, reconstitute 2 tablespoons of PB2 with 1 tablespoon of water in a small dish. Stir until smooth. Stir the creamy PB2 into ½ cup fat-free vanilla (or greek) yogurt. That’s it!
