Fresh Peach, Basil & Mozzarella Pizza
Serves: 2 Pizzas
  • 100% Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
  • 2 fresh peaches (not overly ripe), thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
  1. Make your pizza crusts according to the directions {here}. The recipe makes 2 crusts, so divide the dough and roll out to desired size. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
  2. Top each pizza with 1 thinly sliced peach, 4 ounces of fresh mozzarella, and ¼ cup chopped basil.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust it golden brown and crispy and the cheese and bubbly and starting to brown.
  4. Enjoy, and imagine me saying "I told you so!" ;)
