Make your pizza crusts according to the directions {here}. The recipe makes 2 crusts, so divide the dough and roll out to desired size. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
Top each pizza with 1 thinly sliced peach, 4 ounces of fresh mozzarella, and ¼ cup chopped basil.
Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust it golden brown and crispy and the cheese and bubbly and starting to brown.
