10 Minute Taco Soup
Ingredients
2 (15.5 oz) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 (15.5 oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (17 oz) can corn, undrained
2 (16 oz) cans of petite diced stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 cups salsa
2 (4 oz) cans diced green chillies
4 teaspoons chili powder
a dash of onion salt
Instructions
Drain all of the beans and rinse in a colander.
Dump the rinsed beans and the rest of the ingredients into a large soup pot over medium heat.
Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Serve hot topped with sour cream, sharp cheddar cheese, fresh cilantro, or
Baked Tortilla Strips
