Q: Who can join? 

A: This maintenance program is only for those who have completed the Feel Great in 8 Challenge. You don't have to have completed it perfectly, but during this maintenance plan we'll build on the info learned during the challenge. 

Q: Can I still earn prize money?

A: No, this maintenance program includes everything from the original challenge except the chance to earn prize money. But, I will be doing a 1 or 2 giveaways in the Facebook group each month!

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: The subscription fees are nonrefundable. However, you can cancel your subscription whenever you want. 

Q: Do I have to commit for a certain amount of time?

A: There is no contract or time commitment. You'll receive new content as long as your subscription is active. Just email Tiffany (tiffany@feelgreatin8.com) to cancel at any time. 

Q: Do I have to be on Facebook to participate?

A: No, but I highly recommend it! The private Facebook group is an awesome place to find support, ask questions, and share your successes and struggles, but participation is not required. Occasionally the bonus list asks you to post on Facebook, so you’ll just need to email me the info you are asked to share.

Q: Can I participate if I am pregnant or breast feeding?

A: Yes! As long as you get permission from your doctor first, there is no reason you can’t join in. The requirements of the challenge are fantastic for you and your growing baby. You’re body needs and burns more calories while you are pregnant or breast feeding, so after you calculate your daily calorie needs, add 300-500 to that number. If you notice a drop in your milk supply or if you are hungry, add calories and cut back on the intensity of your workouts. Again, just make sure you clear all requirements and exercises with your doctor.

Q: You’re materials are awesome! ;) Can I use them to host a challenge of my own?

A: Why thank you! :) While I definitely appreciate the compliment, I ask that you PLEASE not use my materials to host challenges. I have spent hours creating and improving all of the Feel Great in 8 materials and it is copyrighted work. While I did lose weight what I really appreciated was the mental and spiritual aspects that were added to the challenge and the focus on being healthy overall. I really realized how much of an impact it had had on me when my husband commented on how good I was looking but what he had really noticed is that I seemed to have a shift in perspective, that I was more positive than usual. It really has made a very positive impact on my life.

Feel Great in 8 is wonderful because it encourages a healthy mindset on becoming fit and healthy, and ultimately losing weight as a perk instead of the main focus. In the past I have tried fad diets and the only thing that I learned was how to lose weight super fast, but not necessarily how to keep it off. This challenge has taught me so much about nutrition.
