Here we go…

August 17, 2009 by Tiffany 3 Comments

I hope you all got your junk food cravings out of the way and are excited, like I am, to get started with the CHALLENGE! Just a few thoughts as we get going…
  • Questions – I know some of the requirements may be confusing or raise some questions…PLEASE feel free to ask for clarification! Email me, or comment on blog posts and I will be happy to answer. I’ll just post questions/answers, or email them to everyone so we are all on the same page!
  • Keep Track – Make sure you are keeping track of points earned, foods eaten, and calories consumed. If you don’t know, zero…In other words, if it is the end of the week and you are trying to remember if you earned the points or not, put a zero! Which leads me to my next point…
  • Integrity – Everyone wants to win, but you also need to be able to count on each other to be completely honest down to the last point! This is a great group, so I know this won’t be a problem! 🙂 Okay, just one more thing…
  • Report – Please do your very best to send your weekly scores to me on Monday. If I receive your scores on Monday, I will add 5 points to your total. If I do not receive your points by Wednesday at 12:00 pm CST – you will be given a zero for the week! I’m sorry, I know that sounds harsh, but I know the immediate feedback will make for better motivation! I will email/post the weekly results every Wednesday by 4:00 CST.
I hope this is a fantastic experience for everyone!
Let the game begin! Good Luck!

Haha—I know! I told Ben he better finish off the ice cream I got this weekend, too tempting! Maybe I’ll squeeze in one more bowl before midnight. 😉
