Tips & Questions

October 21, 2009 by Tiffany 3 Comments

I have had a few good tips on tracking your calories! I didn’t realize the one I recommended cost money – here is one that is free!

http://www.FitDay.com/

There is also an application for ipod/iphone called “Lose It” that Adam is going to use to track his calories. Or, you can just do it my high tech way – a plain old notebook! 🙂 Also, anytime I am wondering how many calories are in a food without a label I just go to google.com and enter “How many calories in ______” I have always been able to find an answer. Hope this info helps!

I also got my first good question about the Addiction points value! On the rules it says it is worth 10pts and on the tracker it says 20pts – sorry! Let’s just go with the tracker and say 20 points! I’ll change the rules post below. That is a lot of points though, so make sure you pick an addiction/bad habit that is truly difficult for you to overcome. Nothing easy! 🙂

Okay, keep the great tips and questions coming! Have a wonderful Monday!

If you are looking for the nutrition facts of foods, I have used this site a lot: http://nutri-facts.com/
Also, if you are looking for a specific brand you can go to the Alberston’s website and go to the store. You can look up any item and most have the nutrition facts.
