I am beyond excited about the new Bonus Point lists for 2017!
Each day of the week has a “theme” so you always know what to expect and I’ve organized them on one page, so you can easily print them or even just save an image on your phone to reference during the challenge.
Below I’ll detail each daily theme so you’ll make sure to earn all of the bonus points!
MONDAY MOTIVATION: This is your chance each week to find your motivation for continuing or recommitting to the challenge. Each week you’ll get bonus points for making sure all of your points for the week before are entered into the online point tracker and taking a minute to reconnect with your WHY. Don’t worry if you don’t know your WHY yet, we’ll talk about that in week one!
TUESDAY TOOLS: Each week of the challenge we’ll be covering a new “tool” to help you overcome obstacles to a healthy lifestyle. You can see a preview of all of the tools in THIS document. Each week you’ll get an email about the weekly tool that includes a tasks you’ll need to complete to get your bonus points for this day. We’ll also discuss the weekly tool live in the Facebook group each week. I’m excited to master these tools together!
WORKOUT WEDNESDAY: Each Wednesday the bonus list gives an exercise you can do at home or at the gym. These exercises are meant to challenge your body and help you get stronger. Check with your doctor to make sure you are healthy enough for these or any exercise and if you need modifications just ask in the Facebook group and we’ll be happy to help.
THANK YOUR BODY THURSDAY: Every Thursday the bonus task will focus on nourishing your body with healthy foods. This is a great chance each week to focus on caring for your body by drinking water and eating a variety of healthy meals.
#FEELGREATIN8 FRIDAY: This is sharing day!! Each Friday you’ll be asked to share something on social media. You can share to your personal Facebook or Instagram accounts and #feelgreatin8, or share to the private Facebook group.
SELF CARE SATURDAY: Life is busy and so often we forget to take the time to care for ourselves. Every Saturday the bonus task will focus on caring for YOU. You deserve it and taking care of yourself will make you a better sister, friend, wife or mother.
CELEBRATE SUNDAY: This is your chance each week to pause and celebrate your successes big and small! Take a moment to recognize and be grateful for your progress. This is also when we will checkin with your challenge goal each week. You can count these bonus points if you’ve reached your weekly goal checkpoints.
