I know, I know … basil and mozzarella probably aren’t the first flavors you think of to pair with fresh peaches, but you have to trust me when I tell you this combo is to die for! And, this Peach, Basil & Mozzarella Pizza is the prefect recipe to try it out!
I was skeptical at first too, but I am SO glad I gave it a try. I absolutely love fresh peaches and now this is one of the very first peach recipes I make when peach season starts. Don’t tell my mom, but I even make it before her fresh peach pie. It really is that good.
The toppings are so light and fresh and absolutely delicious with the golden whole wheat crust! It is the perfect addition to your end of summer peach recipes.
I’m trying my best to sell it and I know you still don’t believe me, but really. Give it a try and I promise you won’t regret it! 😉
- 100% Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

- Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust it golden brown and crispy and the cheese and bubbly and starting to brown.
