    My favorite lifestyle tip is to focus on decluttering for a few minutes a day. When I take 15 minutes a day to clean and declutter my home I feel like I have more time and motivation and energy to exercise and eat right. It seems backward but it really works for me!     My favorite healthy lifestyle tip…this is hard for me to come up with one – probably a good thing I am doing the challenge! So Sarah Brazee and I might get along well – not because she doesn’t live a healthy life (I don’t even know her) but because of her comment about decluttering. I LOVE when my house is clean. I didn’t say I love cleaning, I HATE cleaning but when things are picked up and in order I feel so much better. Exercising also makes me feel happy – once it is over for the day:)

    My healthy lifestyle tip is that I keep a big bag of almonds in my freezer. They get tossed into my smoothies, I grab a few as an afternoon snack and they stay good for a long time in the freezer.

    Well I’m new to this ‘Healthy Lifestyle’ thing but I’m learning! One thing I am doing is trying to get enough sleep at night. I try to get the right amount of sleep to start me off right each day. I have also thrown out all the foods that aren’t good for me! Out of sight, out of mind! ~Manners and Me at hotmail dot com.

    My favorite lifestyle tip is to drink lots of water – all day long! I always have a bottle next to me, from morning until I go to bed at night. It makes me feel better and I eat less at mealtime. (lisanelson27@gmail.com)
