Let’s be Fitness Pals!

I’ve mentioned on the blog and in my Feel Great in 8 materials, that my favorite meal/calorie tracker is MyFitnessPal. It is completely free, it has a huge database of foods, and it makes it super easy to track the food you eat, the exercise you do, and your calorie goal from any of your devices. I use it on my ipad or my computer and it is great at keeping me on track and working towards my goals.
One thing I have never done though, is find or invite friends on my fitness pal. Since one of my favorite things about Feel Great in 8 is having a community for support and tips, it’s time for that to change…
I’m thrilled to announce the NEW MyFitnessPal…
Feel Great in 8 Challenge Group!
I’m excited to have another place where we can support and cheer each other on, share tips, and stay accountable for our healthy choices!
Here’s what you need to do if you’d like to join in…
1. Click {here} to sign up for a free account with MyFitnessPal. 
2. Be my pal! Once you have created your account, click on “community” across the top of the screen. Then click on “find members” below that. Then you can search for me…FG8tiffrudd! Or, just leave a comment on this post with your username and I’ll find you! 
3. Join our group! Click {here} to join the Feel Great in 8 Challenge group!
4. Start tracking and supporting each other! I’ve been working on adding all of the recipes from the blog to the MyFitnessPal database, so they will be super easy to add to your menu! Just search FG8 and then the recipe name. For example, the Vegetarian Chili would be listed as “FG8 Vegetarian Chili.” 
I’m excited to be pals! 🙂
