Monday Motivation – Begin Doing!

I absolutely love new beginnings! I love hosting Feel Great in 8 Challenges because it means I get the feeling of a fresh start every 4 weeks with the beginning of a new group. It means getting to know new incredible people that motivate and inspire me and setting new goals for myself.
So today, on the first day of a new round of the challenge I hope you’ll “begin doing!” along with me. Not doing everything, not insisting on perfection, but just doing. Doing our best each day to live a healthy life, to forgive ourselves for our mistakes, and to continue working to improve. We’ve got this. 🙂

    This is perfect. I love what you said about not doing it all and not striving for perfection. Just tonight after leaving the library, I knew i really wanted to go to the gym because that’s what i expected myself to do. but at the same time i was exhausted, and i had to reason with myself. i couldn’t expect perfection.i couldn’t expect to be inspired by an amazing presentation, have a wonderful chat with a friend, and still have time to workout. i can’t have it all. but i’m not letting it ruin me. tomorrow, i will be DOING. it’s all about balance and priorities!
