I stumbled across a few Jillian Michaels quotes this morning that have been on my mind all day. I hope it’s okay if I share some of my rambling thoughts with you.
For many of you, today was the first day of a new Feel Great in 8 Challenge. I hope you were excited about making healthy choices, I hope you felt motivated and committed. I hope you had a fantastic first day. More importantly though, I hope you can keep that motivation going when it gets more difficult, when it’s been a few weeks or months, and especially when you make mistakes.
To me, that is what this quote means. It means that it doesn’t matter what you ate yesterday, this morning, or even 10 minutes ago. What matters are the healthy choices you make right in this very moment.

It is okay to make mistakes, and we all will. When you do, quickly remind yourself that you are the new healthier you.
