Whole Wheat Alphabet Pretzels

September 8, 2014 by Tiffany 7 Comments

I was absolutely thrilled to be invited to share a recipe on the Rhodes Bake-N-Serv Blog today! These Homemade Whole Wheat Alphabet Pretzels are so fun to made with your kids, are a fantastic way to change-up your school lunch routine, and make a delicious and healthy after school snack!

RhodesFinalIngredients

We generally stick with whole grains at our house, so I used the Rhodes Cracked Wheat Rolls (I love that they don’t have any high fructose corn syrup!). I also add protein with our favorite Peanut Butter & Honey Greek Yogurt Dip.

One of the best things you can do to get kids excited about eating healthy is to invite them to help you with the shopping and the cooking. Oh, and healthy dips! What is it with little ones and dipping? My toddler will eat anything, as long as it includes a dip. 🙂

This fun and easy recipe for Whole Wheat Alphabet Pretzels includes them both … fun times cooking with your kids and a healthy dip! I hope you’ll head over and check it out! You can find the whole recipe and step-by-step instructions on the Rhodes blog {here}!

AND, I also have a fun prize package you can win below! Rhodes is giving one lucky winner 2 coupons for FREE Rhodes products, 2 COOKBOOKS, and some fun products for cooking with your kids!

My kids favorites are homemade wheat bread and applesauce. WE are at the beginning of this adventure and are trying things out. My daughter was excited today for a spinach and carrot salad with homemade chicken nuggets and applesauce. Can’t believe she excited about spinach yippee!
