We all know that exercise is important and so good for us, but it definitely isn’t always easy to fit into our busy schedules!
When life gets extra crazy and I’m having a hard time fitting in a workout I like to break my exercise up into more manageable 10 minute segments.
Some days is just about impossible to fit in a 30 or 40 minute workout, but I can do 10 minutes of cardio in the morning, a quick 10 minute walk or dance session with my kids after lunch and 10 minutes of core exercises or even yoga before bed.
Then by the end of the day I’ve fit 30 minutes of exercise in without feeling like I had to completely re-arrange my day.
