I know I’ve admitted it before, but it’s getting serious now…I’m obsessed with coconut! At some point I probably need to worry, but for now I’m just going to enjoy and share these 4 delicious and healthy coconut recipes with you!
In my book they are considered healthy because they only use minimally processed real food ingredients – no sweetened coconut flakes, or white sugar! But, the best part is, that you won’t even be able to tell! I love sneaky healthy desserts!
