I LOVE this idea! I know we are all working on a healthier lifestyle and a healthier body, and I think that is fantastic. But, what’s not okay, is waiting to love your body until you reach a certain size or number on the scale. Love your body now. Speak positively about your body now.
I love this quote from the segment, “It’s not about your actual shape or size, but about how you feel in your body and how you use your body.” If you don’t love you body now, you won’t love it 10, 15, or even 30 pounds from now. Make a choice to love your body today, exactly how it is. I promise, I’m working on it too. 🙂

1. Take a photo of a physical feature you love about yourself.
2. Post it to Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook with the hashtag #BodyLove
3. Tag 5 of your friends and ask them to do the same.
I chose my eyes. Because I come from a large family, all with very similar blue eyes, growing up I constantly heard, “With those eyes, you must be a Pace!” I’m proud of my “Pace blue” eyes and am so grateful for my vision. #BodyLove
