This. This is officially my motto during the holidays this year. Not all or nothing with my healthy goals, not perfect and not terrible, but just good. Just as long as I keep trying to eat healthy foods and get in some exercise I’m calling it a success. As long as I keep trying to do the things that keep me healthy mentally and spiritually, maybe not every single day, but as often as I can, I’m calling it a success. As long as I don’t give up on my healthy goals over the next two months and decide to wait until January, I’m calling it a huge success.
If you’d like to join me, I’d love to have the support! Let’s work together to stick with our healthy goals for the next two months. No, we won’t be perfect, but we can certainly be farther ahead than if we had waited until January to begin!
NEW FEEL GREAT IN 8 CHALLENGE

What is Feel Great in 8? The Feel Great in 8 Challenge is NOT a crazy crash diet, an expensive exercise program, or a costly meal delivery system. It IS a realistic healthy lifestyle, a fantastic support system, and the motivation you’ve been looking for to finally make healthy longterm changes! Feel Great in 8 is an eight week competition that challenges you to become healthier physically, mentally and spiritually. For eight weeks you gain and/or lose points based on healthy or unhealthy choices. Points are reported online at www.feelgreatin8.com. Each participant contributes $20. $10 to the prize money “pot” and $10 for website creation/upkeep and to pay me for my time as host. At the end of the eight weeks, the competitors with the most points will get a share of the prize money! There are also weekly motivational prizes.
