What I Ate Wednesday - Healthy Meal & Snack Ideas from Feel Great in 8 - Includes recipes and nutrition information! #healthy #mealideas

Hey guys! I’m back again with another What I Ate Wednesday! It still seems funny to me that these post are so requested and shared, but as long as you want them I will keep them coming. So, here you have it…everything I ate yesterday including recipes (sorry, two of the recipes will be posted within the week!) and nutrition information. I hope it helps give you some healthy meal and snack ideas!

5am Pre-Workout Snack: Cashew Cookie Larabar – These are so good and the ingredient list is awesome! You can get them for pretty cheap with Subscribe & Save on {Amazon} {230 calories, 6g protein, 3g fiber}

9am Breakfast: New top-secret green smoothie recipe. Just kidding, it’s just a new yummy one that I haven’t posted yet. Recipe & decent photo coming soon! {330 calories, 18.4g protein, 8.8g fiber}

12pm Lunch: 1 cup plain greek yogurt with 1/2 cup mixed berries (just the frozen kind, thawed in the microwave for a few seconds), 1/2 an avocado, 1 cup mixed raw veggies with 2 tablespoons edemame hummus. {406 calories, 31g protein, 11g fiber}

3pm Afternoon Snack: Fuji apple and 2 tablespoons fresh almond butter. This is one of my favorite snack combos. The picture looks kinda weird, but it really is so yummy. If your grocery store doesn’t have a machine that makes it fresh, {this} Justin’s brand is my favorite. It’s a little pricey, but so much better than other jarred almond butters. {270 calories, 6g protein, 6g fiber}

6pm Dinner: Slow-Cooker Baked Potato Soup. Sorry guys, this is another one with the recipe coming soon. It is so easy and so yummy, I promise I’ll get it posted soon! {239 calories, 10.1g protein, 1.7g fiber}

8pm Dessert: 3 Pieces 85% Dark Chocolate – This {Green & Black’s Organic} is one of my absolute favorites and I just started getting it on Amazon {Subscribe & Save} which makes it only like $2.80 a bar! {60 calories, 1g protein, 1g fiber}
