If you’re feeling sluggish, lethargic, sore and achy, or puffy from water retention, you have to give my favorite detox bath a try!
The epsom salt and baking soda draw toxins out of your body and ease aches and pains. You’ll sweat like crazy and be super tired afterward (take this bath right before bed), but in the morning you’ll feel lighter, more energetic, and healthier. It works for me every time.
Relaxing Detox Bath
Ingredients
- 2 cups epsom salt
- 1 cup baking soda
- 10 drops essential oil {optional - I love lavender, serenity, or ylang yang}
Instructions
- Fill your bath with water as hot as you like it.
- Add the detox bath ingredients and agitate to dissolve.
- Soak for 20-40 minutes.
- Make sure to drink plenty of water during and right after the bath.
